We recently upgraded our systems and, as a result, some old download links no longer function.
To access your previous purchases, please do the following:
1) Find the original email that was sent to you with a subject of "Order #XXXX confirmed"
2) Click the "View your order" button in the email
3) Click the "Access Downloads" button
